New Sequence Dance Lessons starting 18th January 2024
AT THE LAWNS SOCIAL CLUB FUN RELAXED LESSONS TAUGHT AT YOUR PACE
BEGINNERS -6.45PM – 7.45PM
(for those with little or no dance experience) Learn some basic steps for Sequence Dance This is a new class for 2024. We will be starting with the basics so that you can learn the steps and rhythms you need for a sequence dance. We will start with the waltz and rumba initially. Sequence dances are a set pattern of ballroom or Latin dance steps that are repeated throughout the dance going around the dance floor with your partner in an anti clockwise direction.
New Improvers 7.45pm -8.45pm
Ballroom / Sequence experience needed. This class is aimed at those who know some of the dances but would like to learn more, and revisit those that you could do before lockdown but have lost a few of the steps along the way. It’s happened to us all!!
There will be time to practice to music for all sessions.
